  • Second fix work, including plumbing, heating, wiring.

We will work with you to understand your preferences, and will provide you with a detailed list of materials and specifications for your new home construction. If you have specific preferences for materials, it’s important to discuss this with us before construction begins. We will provide you with all material samples prior to starting any job, and, if you’d like, you can help pick out the materials at our suppliers’ locations too.

We will provide you with a dedicated project manager, and we will have a clear plan in place for managing and supervising the work.

We have a clear process in place for ensuring the quality of the work, including regular inspections, check-ins and assessments throughout the project. At the end of the project, we’ll walk you through the finished product and show you how everything works. We’ll also check in with you after 30 days and after a year to see how your project is working for you.
