For this project, we created a beautiful, modern addition that opened out into the backyard.

The CHallenge
We were dealing with existing deck and roof lines. Working them into the overall addition design and construction required detailed attention and work.
The Solution
Our engineers corrected the deck and roof lines and created larger footing around the perimeter to carry the roof line. We designed a flat roof to integrate the roof lines, and made modern flat roof to put the pitched roofs together. We put in trenched footing around the perimeter to take the load off the project.
The Results
The clients were very happy with the results. They now have amazing views into their backyard oasis and have a beautiful indoor space to enjoy.
